When we started this project in 2007, we did so upon the
elementary belief that scientific understanding could
not be divided into discrete concept areas (e.g.
'physics', 'chemistry', 'biology') without
somehow distorting this understanding by divorcing
it from its
natural context.
Nevertheless, in the interest of organization,
we launched our research-based curriculum as
three discrete volumes titled The Human Brain
Project,
The Human World Project,
and
The Natural World Project.
As this curriculum has developed, however, it
has become increasingly apparent that organizing
our lectures upon these broad branches is both
unnecessary, and potentially overcomplicating to
the student or scholar who might otherwise seek
to browse them.
For
this reason, we have begun migrating the
lectures and content previously available here
to our central project homepage. We
apologize in advance for any short-term
inconvenience that this may cause (e.g. updating
links/bookmarks), but we believe that in the
long-term, this will serve to produce a better
curriculum.
